His Good Ranking[]
What makes him Admirable?[]
- He deeply cared for Heron and his mother.
- Zeus hid them away from any potential threat including his wife Hera, who is stated to hate any affairs that Zeus has and proven to be pretty dangerous towards them.
- He watched over Heron for so long under the guise of an old man, in a way being some sort of father figure for Heron.
- Zeus watched over Seraphim when he was a child since he felt bad and helped him fight against Acrisius's sons while under the guise of a bear.
- Zeus trained Heron for the upcoming battle and taught him to not use his anger when it comes to battle.
- He did have a heart-to-heart moment with Heron and admitted that he did not know how to be a father since he barely had one when he was a child.
- Despite his infidelity, he cares for the people he had multiple affairs with, like Heron's mother, Electra, for example. He also is willing bring his bastard children up on Olympus.
- He sympathized with Seraphim's pain and allowed him his chance for vengeance against Acrisius, who was an evil man who threw Seraphim away on a cliff when he was a baby.
- Zeus also revealed Hera's treachery to Seraphim and debunked all the lies she had made to him.
- Despite everything Hera has done, he still loves her and sacrifices himself to save her from a giant that tried to kill her.
- Even in death, Zeus understood how bad his philandering was and his carelessness, leading him to accept punishment.
What Makes Him Inconsistent[]
- Like his mythology counterpart, he is very unfaithful as both a husband and lover.
- He is shown to be pretty careless at times. For example, he did not save Seraphim because he thought Seraphim would be raised better by Acrisius even though Acrisius had a strained relationship with his brother and was very power-hungry.
- He hit Ares with lightning after he found out Ares told Hera about Electra.
- When Electra was about to get killed, Zeus almost waged war on the gods out of anger, and would have done so had it not been for Poseidon stopping him.
- Though Acrisius did deserve his death, the fact that Zeus sent Seraphim to kill a defenseless man is pretty corrupting despite his reasons. Not only that but it made Seraphim much worse as a person since he now hates the gods even more and blames them for his troubles.
- In a way, it's technically his fault that Hera is so angry since he cheated on her so many times to the point she felt disrespected by him. Though it doesn't excuse her actions, she has an understandable reason to hate Zeus.
