I am Diana of Themyscira, daughter of Hippolyta. In the name of all that is good, your wrath upon this world is over!
~ Wonder Woman as she executes Erich Ludendorff.
I used to want to save the world. To end war and bring peace to mankind. But then I glimpsed the darkness that lives within their light and learned that inside every one of them, there will always be both. A choice each must make for themselves. Something no hero will ever defeat. And now I know that only love can truly save the world. So, I stay, I fight, and I give, for the world I know can be. This is my mission now. Forever.
~ Wonder Woman.

Diana of Themyscira (also better known as Wonder Woman and simply known also as Diana Prince) is one of the two deuteragonsits (alongside Batman) of the DC Extended Universe.

She was portrayed by Gal Gadot.

Her Good Ranking[]

What Makes Her Admirable?[]

Wonder Woman (2017)[]

  • She rescues Steve Trevor when his plane crashes off the Themyscira coast.
  • Mourned Antiope when she was murdered.
  • Went to the human world with Steve Trevor to help stop the war.
  • Became cross with the men in the war room for trying to shoo her out just for being female.
  • Correctly accused Charlie of fighting without honor.
  • Despite her partners disagreement, she crossed No Man's Land to help save the people there, and motivated them to do the same.
  • Felt horrendous guilt for failing to prevent Veld from being destroyed.
  • Killed Ludendorff, an approved PE, before he could hurt anyone else, and later spared Dr. Poison, an NPE. This is in spite of having just lost Steve Trevor to the void and being traumatized by it.
  • Even after discovering humans can be evil by nature and Ares wasn't the cause of the war, she fought and defeated him, ending his long-lived reign of terror.

Wonder Woman 1984[]

  • Stopped mall thieves and saved a little girl that one of them threatened to drop over the mall railing.
  • Saved Barbara from a drunk who harassed her on the street.
  • Saved children from being ran over by Maxwell Lord's tanks.
  • Defeated Cheetah and tried to convince her to renounce her wish, knocking her out when she refused.
  • Defeated Maxwell Lord allowing himself to be redeemed.
  • Relinquished her chance of being with Steve Trevor again for the greater good.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice[]

  • Took Lex Luthor's file because she suspected he was out to get her, which turned out to be true.
  • Helped Batman and Superman fight Doomsday.
  • Paid her respects to the fallen Man of Steel.

Justice League[]

Both versions[]
  • Rescued defenseless children in the Old Bailey Courthouse.
  • Encouraged Cyborg to keep going and not become a misanthropic loner like her.
  • Aided in resurrecting Superman and begged him not to attack her and her comrades. She was also the most reluctant to fight him and defend herself.
  • Founded the Justice League along with Batman.
Whedon Cut[]
  • While she could be perceived as a hypocrite when she was initially against resurrecting Superman since she herself resurrected Steve with the Dream Stone, she was clearly speaking from experience having learned from resurrecting Steve. And the possibility of Superman not being resurrected properly was still a valid concern.
  • Destroyed Steppenwolf’s axe causing the Parademons to turn against him.
Snyder Cut[]
  • Helped in the fight against Steppenwolf by decapitating him (which he doubtlessly deserved).

Serving Up Justice[]

  • Dealt competently with Doctor Cyber and the extra-dimensional retrobots.

Shazam! Fury of the Gods[]

  • She resurrected Billy Batson/Shazam allowing him to reunite with his family.

The Flash[]

  • She helped Batman stop a robbery gone wrong, and saved him and a bystander from falling off the bridge.

What Makes Her Inconsistent?[]

  • When Steve Trevor's consciousness was implanted in a man's body, she slept with him, well aware of that, meaning that she indirectly raped someone, which is too corrupting for her to be PG and NPG, and never saw this as wrong or felt remorse for it.
  • She and Steve overall had no problems in putting the man’s life in danger (since Steve was in his body, he wasn’t risking his own life only).
  • It's heavily implied she stole Fausta Grables' dress to infiltrate Ludendorff's gala, although it was offscreen and the reason for this is not given.

Trivia[]

  • She used to be on Near Pure Good Wiki before she moved to Inconsistently Admirable Wiki due to her inadvertently raping someone being a severe prevention. Since then, this has been one of the most infamous preventions from both Pure Good and Near Pure Good.
  • Ironically, she would have been Pure Good if not for the events of Wonder Woman 1984 which was even filmed after Justice League (despite chronologically taking place before).
  • This is so far the only version of Wonder Woman to be IA.
