Whiplash is one of the secondary protagonists of Turbo and Turbo F.A.S.T. by Dreamworks.

What Makes Him Admirable?[]
In General[]
- Despite his harsh behavior he ultimately wish for best of the F.A.S.T. Team to be at their best.
Turbo[]
- He would help Turbo get into the Indy 5000 where he would attempt to help show world by getting tourists in Starlight Plaza even if he used drastic means.
- He would have him and his team hold off security off long enough for Turbo to show off and be able to qualify for the Indy 5000.
Turbo F.A.S.T.[]
- He would help Turbo train in his race against Hardcase when the tigger Bettle forced Turbo to race when threatened to destroy Starlight City.
- When Hardcase attempted to destroy Starlight City anyways he would fight off his goons.
- In "Gryphy Moth’s Prophecies" he would hold off rampaging mongooses and lure a Bobcat back into it's cage risking his life to do it. This would allow him to cross the G.Z enough to stand out from Burn and the rest of the F.A.S.T. Team.
- He would rescue his parents when they got trapped on a hot air balloon where he and Turbo would use their stunt skills to get them to safety while also rekindling with them.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He is FAR too jerkish to be Near Pure Good for a couple of reasons:
- He constantly been rude numerous times such as slaps Turbo on a daily basis.
- He overdo this training on the F.A.S.T. Team numerous times that lead to actual injury or exhaustion.
- He shown to be very arrogant at times.
- He shown to be mischievous where he has caused trouble before.
- He has shown some lethal moments towards his enemies and done some extreme methods.
Trivia[]
- He and Burn are the only Turbo Inconsistently Admirable so far.
