Weather Report, real name Wes Bluemarine, born Domenico Pucci is a supporting protagonist featured in JoJo's Bizarre Adventures: Stone Ocean.

An amnesiac at his introduction, Weather Report is a fellow inmate who seeks his memory and allies himself with Jolyne Cujoh. It is revealed that he is Enrico Pucci's fraternal younger twin. Weather is a Stand User controlling the surrounding atmosphere through his ability, which is also named Weather Report.

What Make Him Admirable?

• Helped the Joestar group in beating multiple enemies, the most notable example being Ungalo, whose stand was affecting the entire world, possibly killing numerous people.
• However, what truly makes he stand out in JoJo's admirable standards is the fact that he gave his stand's disk to Jolyne, thus making Emporio able to defeat Enrico Pucci
• Although some people could argue that he loosing his memories would make he amoral, he has still shown a clear personality and will of his own, and his morality don't seems to be that altered by this fact.

What Make Him Inconsistant?

• He is an anti-hero, as his main goals are recovering his memories and then avenge his sister.
• He never shows much concern about other peoples's lives, this is shown when he used his Heavy Weather ability, arguably giving a fate worse then death to a bunch of innocent people, and never showing any remorse for it.
  • And even though he genuinely loved his sister, he never showed remorse over the fact that he indirectly committed incest with Perla.
• The above action would make him a game changer, as he darkened the mood of the story by activating Heavy Weather, turning a town of innocents into snails via gruesome transformations. This can't be an accident as Weather has full control of this ability.
