Alright, I haven't done a proposal in like a month, but I was watching some of The Land of Boggs videos, and while she is an Inconsistently Heinous who has a villains wiki page, I saw a short where she does something that easily allows her to pass the admirable standards.
What's The Work?[]
The Land of Boggs is an animated web-series that is usually painted in short videos about a species called "boggs" mainly two boggs called Boe and Boggo, most of the time Boe and Boggo just get into a bunch of goofy shenanigans, though sometimes side characters appear, like Aiden, Boggo's Mom and Mark.
Who Is Boggo?[]
Boggo is one of the protagonists in the series, she is a blue bogg who is best friend's with Boe, most shorts revolve around the two doing goofy shenanigans, some just typical teenage stuff, and some literal nightmare fuel, such as Boe literally grabbing Boggo's reflection out of the mirror and forcing it to apologize to Boggo for calling her ugly, or Boe going on a literal rampage, killing a massive group of people because they made fun of Boggo.

What Makes Her Admirable?[]
Well, while at first it may seem like she is just a villain considering the heinous deeds she commits (eg. air frying the earth and allowing it to be destroyed to maintain her friendship with Boe), she actually does do some admirable deeds throughout the series, i'll explain them right now, in a short when Boe was refusing to do her chores, stating that she couldn't with all of the horrible things going on about earth, instead of just trying to keep convincing her or just doing it herself, Boggo proceeds to fix the following things about the world: world hunger, wars, cancer and many other things, literally, this isn't a joke, another admirable action she does is attempting to save the world, when a meteor is about to hit earth, Boggo goes up and attempts to stop it, I will say this is less admirable due to the fact that she sees a spider on the meteor and accidentally lets go of it, allowing the earth to be destroyed.
What Makes Her Inconsistent?[]
Where do I even begin? For starters, Boggo is already a non-hero (though I do intend to create a heroes wiki page for her considering the admirable deeds I just explained), also, she is an Inconsistently Heinous villain who has committed several heinous crimes, such as the following: Air frying the entire earth, allowing the earth to be destroyed just to maintain her friendship with Boe, allowing her boyfriend to be eaten by shark because there wasn't enough room on the raft (even though there clearly was), starting a fire in her house just because she wanted people to leave her party and many more. She can also be jerkish at times, to Mark, such as telling him to shut up when he asks if she is ready to go to his house.
Admirable Standards[]
Honestly, I don't know what to say here, she has NO one to compete with, everyone else is either a villain who doesn't do any heroic deeds, or a neutral character who also doesn't do any heroic deeds, Boggo is basically the only person who does anything heroic.
Final Verdict[]
I'd say yes, girl literally fixed every single problem in the world, but it's up to you.
