Hello Inconsistently Admirable Wiki and welcome to my seventh proposal. So, I was just going through the discussion boards, just to find anything interesting, and I found that Dr. Zomboss is suggested to qualify here. Being the person who got Crazy Dave approved as IH, I also feel like Dr. Zomboss qualifies here. If he gets approved here, it'd be kind of ironic that the main good guy is the most heinous character while the main bad guy is the most admirable character in the franchise.
Lastly, while the franchise is ongoing, I highly doubt he'll lose his preventions nor will he be outclassed. Anyways, let the trial commence!
What's the Work?[]
Plants vs. Zombies is a video game franchise by PopCap Games which is a subsidiary of the greedy Electronic Arts who ended up ruining it. It revolves around the player having to defend themself with plants against zombies all led by Dr. Zomboss.
Who is He? What Has He Done?[]
Dr. Edgar George Zomboss is the main antagonist of the franchise.
He's just some undead scientist who began leading a giant horde of zombies in order for them to eat some brains from people and also defeat the plants that are preventing them from doing so. He's also the arch-nemesis of said plants and Crazy Dave.
Now, there's not much to put here since, well, he's a villain for most of the franchise and not much is noteworthy (donating his liver for cats), but there is one thing he does have that definitely pushes him up to be here.
In the second game, he comes back from the first game to defeat the heroes and he also destabilizes time by using Project Paradox possibly causing his zombies to rule every time period that exists and also manipulated the heroes into being against each other as well as being friendly to him.
However, what makes him admirable in the second game is that, he said to Crazy Dave that re-eating his taco is impossible and it could cause temporal instability of space and time, but Dave refuses to listen despite the severe damage he would've caused. Dr. Zomboss kept warning him multiple times and even admitted he wasn't lying until he gave Dave a taco with a waffle on top of it, stopping Dave from going on to his quest. He didn't do this out of pragmatism as he showed genuine disgust towards him.
What Makes Him Admirable?[]
Pretty much, he's the reason why time and space managed to stay intact as he gave Crazy Dave a taco with a waffle on top of it. If it weren't for him, all of space and time would've been destroyed thanks to Crazy Dave's quest to re-eat his taco. He's basically the most admirable character in the franchise.
Mitigating Factors?[]
Eh, nah.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
Yeah, we all know this already. He's mostly a villain in the whole franchise who does plenty of evil deeds, such as having the zombies eat the brains of people including having them try to do it to the player's over a nice pot of tea, using Project Paradox to destabilize time, attempting to manipulate the heroes, and so much more.
Verdict?[]
Yes.
