Tom is one of the two deuteragonists (alongside Matt) of the Eddsworld franchise.
He is the best friend and housemate of Edd and Matt, and the former arch-rival turned archenemy of Tord. He is an alcoholic young man with black eyes, a bad attitude, a burning hatred of Christmas and the sanest of the main characters.
He was originally voiced by Alex L'Abbe. Throughout most of classic Eddsworld and Eddsworld Legacy (2005-2016), he was voiced by Thomas Ridgewell before his final departure from the show, and is currently voiced by Ed Templer.

What Makes Him Admirable?[]
- He’s a friend of Edd and Matt, and willing to protect them.
- He creates a bathmobile to get him, Tord and Edd out of the restroom.
- He, along with Edd and Tord defended the town and themselves from the Zombehs and Zombeh Matt.
- He saved Edd from the clones, which were going to kill him.
- He, alongside Edd and Tord come to rescue Matt in Zombeh Nation.
- He makes a device in order to kill Vampire Matt, although it backfires. (Matt was fucking doing nothing wrong, Tom deserved what he got)
- He with the gang come to rescue Santa in Zanta Claws 2, with Tom even taking a laser shot to save Santa (in spite of his usual hatred for Christmas and Santa Claus), losing the new pair of eyes Zanta had given him by doing so.
- He help to rebuild the roof and fight against the demon in Hammer & Fail.
- He saves his hometown and other places from a tsunami by telling Edd turning off electrical appliances.
- He destroys the Snoge to save his friends.
- He helps defend Edd’s gang in Fun Dead against Zombehs and a girl from Trick or Threat.
- He saves the world from Tord in The End by launching his harpoon to Tord’s robot and ultimately redeem himself.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He has too many jerkish moments in the show where he's being very rude and even sadistic towards people.
- He is shown to be very lethal when he kills the Zombehs in the climax of Fun Dead, Clones, other people and even his friends sometimes, and all of them are presented in very brutal ways, and he shot Ghost Tord with a shotgun out of fear.
- He's on & off and is generally an anti-hero, as he can be heroic or villainous depending on the episode.
- Although he cares for his friends, there're moments where he doesn’t care for them or even harm them.
- He's very destructive, and he isn't reluctant to destroy things in his city to fulfill his goals.
- He's shown to be somewhat petty, as he fired a rocket launcher at Santa simply because he gave him the wrong kind of Smirnoff.
Trivia[]
- Currently, he alongside Edd, Tord, and Zanta Claws are the only two Eddsworld characters to be Inconsistently Admirable.
- He is so far two of the only Eddsworld characters alongside Zanta Claws to be both Inconsistently Admirable and Inconsistently Heinous.
