'''The PE Executioner''' is the [[w:c:villainous-benchmark:The PE Executioner|overarching antagonist]] of the ''Villains Fanon Wiki Chronicles''.

Despite his name, he doesn't actually "kill" Pure Evil villains, but rather goes to great lengths to try and remove villains from the Pure Evil status. He does this because [[w:c:inconsistently-admirable:The PE Executioner|every PE removed will save over 150 trillion galaxies from fates worse than death, and every PE added will prevent one child from getting a free box of pizza on Christmas]]. He has multiple ways to remove villains, including manipulating them into gaining redeeming qualities, brainwashing people into sympathizing with them, pulling pranks and turning them into a not so serious villain, forcing another villain with similar resources to do even worse stuff (unless it's stuff like rape or needless torture, for some reason the villain does that stuff on their own), writing false stuff about the villain to make them seem amoral, etc.

His weaponry is composed from the Story Cutting Axe, that can cut a villain's arc ending for replacing it with another, the Heinous Minimizer and the Redemption-Forcing virus (both self-explanatory). He also has the many powers, as for example power of mind control people, who is known by his enemies as "Brain Warping Chi".

He is the archenemy of the Villains Admin Hive Mind, a sadistic being that uses propaganda and sorcery to keep/add villains to the Pure Evil Wiki. He also is the father (and now enemy) of the NPE Killer, a phantom that aims to remove all villains from the Near Pure Evil status, even if it means giving them the Pure Evil status.

He is inspired by the NPE Killer, a recurring joke from the Near Pure Evil Wiki Discord server. He was created by Not Mr. 77.

===What Makes Him Admirable?===
*For every Pure Evil villain he removes, he saved over 150 trillion galaxies from fates worse than death and prevented many children from not getting a free box of pizza on Christmas.
*For most of the time, he gives previously Pure Evil villains redeeming qualities to make them less evil, even having them outright redeem themselves.
*He sometimes makes villains less heinous than how heinous they actually are by general terms, such as making Bradford not be able to use his resources to the max potential.
*He would often expose plenty of users of being untrustworthy, thus getting all of their candidates removed.
*Despite being often in conflict with the NPE Killer, it's only because he kept defying him and he does care about him.
*While he caused the creation of Mega Jack Horner due to removing his past self, he didn't intend for this to happen and clearly felt remorse for this.
*He seems to care about his second born Valencia Storm.

*Overall, he's On & Off and mostly spends as a villain due to doing acts including (but not limited to):
**Creating all new villains just to make other previously PE villains less heinous to disqualify them of the PE status.
**Brainwashing either people into thinking villains had redeeming qualities or the villains to get redeeming qualities in harmful ways such as torturing Alex.
**Sending many villains to the Benchmark Void, possibly getting subjected them to petty insults by the void who implied to be a BOHist.
**Using plagiarism nukes to get candidates removed, no matter if they're perfectly valid or not.
**Creating [[w:c:near-pure-evil:Kiros (The Lion King)|Kiros]] in a failed attempt to have remake [[w:c:near-pure-evil:Scar (remake)|Scar]] outheinoused to Villainous Benchmark.
