The PE Executioner is the overarching antagonist of the Villains Fanon Wiki Chronicles.
A mysterious creature whose true appearance is unknown, he goes around trying to remove all villains from the "Pure Evil Status", whether official or fanon.

What Makes Him Admirable?[]
- For every Pure Evil villain he removes, he saved over 150 trillion galaxies from fates worse than death and prevented many children from not getting a free box of pizza on Christmas.
- For most of the time, he gives previously Pure Evil villains redeeming qualities to make them less evil, even having them outright redeem themselves.
- He sometimes makes villains less heinous than how heinous they actually are by general terms, such as making Bradford not be able to use his resources to the max potential.
- He would often expose plenty of users of being untrustworthy, thus getting all of their candidates removed.
- Despite being often in conflict with the NPE Killer, it's only because he kept defying him and he does care about him.
- While he caused the creation of Mega Jack Horner due to removing his past self, he didn't intend for this to happen and clearly felt remorse for this.
- He seems to care about his second born Valencia Storm.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- Overall, he's On & Off and mostly spends as a villain due to doing acts including (but not limited to):
- Creating all new villains just to make other previously PE villains less heinous to disqualify them of the PE status.
- Brainwashing either people into thinking villains had redeeming qualities or the villains to get redeeming qualities in harmful ways such as torturing Alex.
- Sending many villains to the Benchmark Void, possibly getting subjected them to petty insults by the void who implied to be a BOHist.
- Using plagiarism nukes to get candidates removed, no matter if they're perfectly valid or not.
- Creating Kiros in a failed attempt to have remake Scar outheinoused to Villainous Benchmark.
- He is a extremist who will use whatever means necessary to do his job.
- While he cares for his daughter Valencia Storm, the same can't be said for his son NPE Killer who he sometimes get into feuds.
