His Good Ranking[]
What Makes Him Admirable?[]
- Before he died and turned into a spirit, Taiko used to protect a group of children, even fighting several samurai to protect them.
- After getting his revenge on the clan leader who betrayed him, Taiko started protecting children around the world, with him being seen onscreen stopping a man from murdering two children in a alley.
- He stopped Glenn from continuing to bully Aske's friend Odysseus.
- He prevented Aske from being beaten by Glenn when he went after him because Glenn believed Aske had insulted him.
- He taught Aske how to stand up against Glenn.
- He saves Aske from being attacked by Bingo twice.
- He refused to kill Aske when he refused to tell him where Philip was going because of their time together.
- He and Aske got Scooter Scotty arrested for his selling of cocaine.
- He made a video recording to Jessica while mimicing Aske's, which resulted in Jessica and Aske getting back together as a way to thank him for all the help Aske gave him during his mission.
- He came back to Aske so they could stop Philip from being released from prison.
- He comforted Aske when he was doubting his usefulness, telling him that he's better than he thinks he is and pointing out several of the times he proved to be extremely useful for the mission.
- He told Sune that Aske was held up in the storague room of the shop he went in, which lead to Sune saving Aske's life.
- He stopped one of Carsten's thugs from knocking Aske and Sune over.
- He was able to stop another of Carsten's thugs from killing Aske and Sune with an uzi.
- He saved Aske from being killed by a snake.
- He protected Sune from Carsten.
- He decided to stay with Aske even after the mission was over because he wanted to continue to spend time with him.
- While he is very lethal as he always kills his enemies, as shown when he got revenge on the clan leader by stabbing him with ten swords at night, possessing a dog and mauling a man who was going to kill two children to death, and trying to kill Philip Eberfroe, this is actually justified because most of his enemies are horrible men who are willing to kill innocent children.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He deliberately provoked Glenn so he could attack Aske to force the latter into helping him get to Philip Eberfroe.
- He has multiple jerkish moments, mostly towards Aske during most of the first film, and even if he gets a bit better, he can still be very rude towards Aske at time.
- He is shown to be slightly sexist, calling Jessica a "skirt", and telling Aske that women were better at cooking and sowing then at fighting after Aske gave him a pink ninja doll to posess.
- He revealed Aske's crush on Jessica to the entire school by mimicing Aske's voice at the school's speaker.
- He shows multiple moments of moral ambiguity, such as:
- When Aske refused to tell him when Philip's plane was going to leave to Thailand, he tried to kill Sune to force him into telling him, which resulted in Aske being framed for attempting to kill his brother and get sent to a psychiatric hospital.
- He was willing to kill the doctor who was taking care of Aske to force the latter to help him kill Philip.
- He stabbed a child in the arm after he grabbed him while he was spying on Philip's talk with his lawyer Carsten.
- He left Aske when he was going to get beaten by Carsten so he could go after Philip, with Aske only getting away unharmed because his uncle Stewart appeared and knocked Carsten unconscious.
- He told Aske to leave Jasper to die for his betrayal, despite the fact that he tried to stop Philip and Carsten from killing him and Aske.
- Several of his moments of moral ambiguity such as trying to kill Sune and stabbing a child also prove he's a hypocrite, as despite his disgust towards people who hurt children, he is shown to be willing to do just that to accomplish his goals.
