Sergeant Pugsley is the titular deuteragonist of the TomSka sketch Sniper Pug. He is a dog in the army who, despite all odds, is able to use a sniper rifle.
He was portrayed by Captain Pugwash.
His good ranking[]
What makes him admirable?[]
- He is referred to as a great sniper, meaning he's gone on these missions before.
- Goes on a mission to stop some terrorists who had a dirty bomb.
- In the battle, he shoots down the enemies to save his patrol.
- While he fails to save his team from the cat, this isn't incompetence, as he was out of ammo.
- He shows up to his patrol's funeral after they are killed.
- It's implied that he continues work after as a police sniper in Baby With A Gun 2, given how Tom says "Please take the shot Pugsley."
What makes him inconsistent?[]
- His moral agency is questionable at best, given how he is a dog.
- He is lethal, as he murders the enemies in a brutal fashion.
- He sometimes exhibits self-destructive tendencies, as he is shown to be an alcoholic.
