Sailor Neptune (real name Michiru Kaiou) is one of the heroines of the anime series Sailor Moon. A high school student, as well as one of the outer Sailor Guardians. Sailor Uranus's lover.
In Japanese version, she was voiced by Masako Katsuki in the original series.

- She, along with Sailor Pluto and Sailor Uranus, played a crucial role in the fight against the Death Busters.
- She loves and cherishes her beloved Haruka (aka Sailor Uranus) very much.
- She and Sailor Uranus helped the Sailor Scouts defeat demons several times.
- She and Sailor Uranus also saved innocent people by returning them crystals of pure hearts, which, as it turned out, were not talismans.
