- He occasionally supports the Smith family
- He helps them make disguises for him, so he can not be exposed by the public's eyes.

- He reversed the events of the Golden Turd, an object that doomed the world, in the episode "300".
- After being saved by Grandma MacAdoo and the rest of the housemates, Avery Bullock Sr. wanted to capture Roger but because they were hiding him, he was going to take them all to Area 51. However, Roger sacrificed himself so they would not have to suffer in "Fellow Traveler".
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- Being a character from American Dad, Roger is on & off, due to him usually having villainous roles.
- He is incredibly egotistical, selfish and arrogant.
- He has a perverted side as shown by how he makes uncomfortable remarks to Stan, Steve, Jeff and many others.
- Roger has moral agency issues since a prolonged period of not channeling his bad habits in some way causes him illness that will eventually kill him. This is a minor prevention however as he can be exceptionally kind when he chooses, and is notably selective with his bad outbursts.
- He has crossed the MEH in way too many ways to count.
Trivia[]
- He, Peter, Stan, and Glenn Quagmire are the only four Seth MacFarlene characters to be both Inconsistently Admirable and Inconsistently Heinous at the same time.
