Everyone, take a break! Soak up some sun! Rabbid Mario will take it from here! I INSIST!
~ Rabbid Mario

Rabbid Mario is one of the Rabbid protagonists who first appeared in Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle and he later appears in its sequel, Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope.

History[]

This section is too long. Visit here for more details: Rabbid Mario's Synopsis on the Heroes Wiki.

His Good Ranking[]

What Makes Him Admirable?[]

  • While the Rabbids are generally crazy and unintelligent to the point where they have moral agency issues, but Rabbid Mario, alongside the heroic Rabbids who were merge with Mario related objects have gained a great level of sanity and intelligence to the point where he can tell right from wrong, which effectively moves him out of the amoral zone.
  • After Rabbid Mario is free from the block of ice, he befriends Mario and imitates him the person he took an impression of which Mario enjoyed and ends up joining the team to help them save the Mushroom Kingdom.
  • He helps Mario as well as his Rabbid peers save Spawny from Bowser Jr., who was using him for his own plans to take over the Mushroom Kingdom and defeats MegaDragonBowser (the MegaBug possessing Bowser) to save the Mushroom Kingdom to truly free Spawny where they managed to set things right.
  • He genuinely cares for his allies to a great degree, and he contributes to rescuing Mario and Rabbid Peach from the Darkmess Manta and Cursa itself.
  • He helps his friends save each of the planets from the Darkmess Tentacles that would have rendered them uninhabitable, saving Beacon Beach from a gloomy rainfall, Pristine Peaks from an eternal blizzard, Palette Prime's forest from losing its life, Terra Flora from a drought that would have killed off plant life, and Barrendale Mesa from an electric storm.
  • Even after Edge reveals her former connections with the Spark Hunters as once being their leader, Rabbid Mario and his friends still help her feel welcome and supported and assure her that she is a part of their family.
  • He helps to save Rosalina from Cursa's influence as well as saving the drained Sparks from the entity that caused so much suffering.
  • In the Tower of Doooom DLC, he and his friends save Spawny who was trapped at the top of the tower, and he has since then put the scary events of the MegaBug behind him and traveled on his own.
  • In The Last Spark Hunter, he helps save Melodic Gardens from a perpetual silence that threatened its existence, expressed sympathy for Allegra when she was desperate for her trapped friend Dorrie to be free, and has defeated Kanya, who was the cause of their misery.
  • In the Rayman and the Phantom Show, he alongside Rabbid Peach and Beep-0 befriended Rayman, who was understandably wary of them due to his poor experiences with the Rabbids in his series and managed to show him that they have gotten better over time.
    • When they realized that the Phantom lured them into a trap and wanted revenge on them for the events of the first game, he, Rabbid Peach and Rayman work together to defeat him and leaves Rayman to take his place.
  • After that, he hugs Rayman good-bye before they head back to the Mushroom Kingdom which made Rayman's experience with them much better after all he has been through.

What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]

  • Rabbid Mario has shown to be quite egotistical which is shown when he constantly brags about his strength, and he tells Rabbid Luigi that only one of them can look good in overalls when he learns that Rabbid Luigi stole and hid his overalls.
  • He is shown at various points to be a major jerk at times, such as when the Phantom of the Bwahpera was delivering insulting songs, he laughs at the subject of these degrading lyrics; in Kingdom Battle, Mario was on the receiving end of it, and in the Sparks of Hope Rayman and the Phantom Show, it was Rayman, and in both cases, these characters clearly do not find this funny at all. It also makes it clear that even with his sadism toned down, it did not vanish completely.
  • Rabbid Mario once considered burning down the forest so they can reach the Darkmess Tentacle. While this is because he wants to deal with it quickly and never goes through with it, he does not consider the fact that the people in Palette Prime thrive from the forest, nor does he think about the fact that sapient creatures like the Dryad herself live in it.

Trivia[]

  • He and Rabbid Peach are the only Rabbids to be Inconsistently Admirable.
    • They, along with Princess Daisy, are also the only Mario Inconsistently Admirables to not have pages on the Villains Wiki.
