Power, also known as the Blood Fiend, is the tritagonist of Chainsaw Man Part 1: Public Safety Saga.
She is the current incarnation of the Blood Devil who ended up on Earth for unknown reasons, eventually getting captured by the Public Safety Bureau. She then became the partner of Denji and directly worked for Makima and Aki Hayakawa under Division 4.
She is voiced by Fairouz Ai in Japanese, and Sarah Wiedenheft in English.

What Makes Her Admirable?[]
- Despite selecting Meowy to eat it later, she formed a strong attachment to it and decided not to eat it.
- Made a deal with the Bat Devil to bring Chainsaw Man to it to save Meowy.
- Despite making a show of it, Power sympathised with Denji when he mentioned how he couldn't hug Pochita anymore.
- Showed regret for betraying Denji after Bat Devil betrayed them.
- Helped defeat the Bat Devil and freed Meowy from it.
- She honored her deal Denji after he saved her and Meowy from the Bat Devil and later protected her from the Devil Hunters.
- She warned Himeno that she wouldn't be able to fight against the Katana Man out of worry she would get killed.
- Despite eventually running away from Samurai Sword, she fought him long enough to save Denji from him.
- Defeated the leftover zombies dispatched by Samurai Sword.
- Fought the assassins to save Denji from them.
- While the Gun Fiend was rampaging across Japan, Power saved Meowy from getting killed by him.
- Brought a cake for Denji in his birthday to cheer him up.
- When Denji lost himself in self-loathing after Makima finished breaking him, Power took a major part in re-asserting his personality with Pochita and played a major role in stopping Makima and her plan.
- Fought against Makima's zombies and delayed them from attacking Denji and Pochita.
- Lent Denji her blood at the cost of her life, which resulted in Denji tricking Makima and managing to kill her.
What Makes Her Inconsistent?[]
- Despite becoming a better individual over Part 1, she still is quite irresponsible and immature during her service to Public Safety.
- Even when drinking blood is necessary due to her being the Blood Fiend, she is quite a glutton as she drinks a lot of blood without permission.
- She supported the idea of having Denji get eaten by the Eternity Devil to escape from the building the devil had trapped them in.
- She is an egotistical liar who often tells lies to make herself look better.
- She is not truly loyal to Public Safety and safeguarding humans from devils, only staying with them because they are stronger than her.
- She has a lot of jerkish moments, for example, threatening the Public Safety Devil Hunters and wanting to drink their blood.
