Pico is the main protagonist of the series of the same name, the former mascot of Newgrounds, and the tritagonist of Friday Night Funkin’.
He is a survivor of a school shooting with PTSD who since then carries a gun with him everywhere. He was the mascot of Newgrounds from 1999-2006 before being replaced by the iconic tank. He is also the ex-boyfriend of Boyfriend, the former best friend of Darnell and Nene.
He is voiced by Kawai Sprite in Friday Night Funkin'.

- He can be greedy, as he is a mercenary. However, it's debatable if he might’ve gotten over this.
What Makes Him Admirable?[]
- He stopped a school shooting instead of just leaving and letting it escalate further.
- He killed Big Brown Bary and saved the woods.
- He stopped a zombie apocalypse.
- While he was hired by Daddy Dearest to take out his daughter's date, he stopped once he realized that it was his ex, Boyfriend. Instead, he chooses to rap with him. It's also been stated that he does so out of nostalgia, implying that he misses him.
- He saved BF and GF from the Tankmen in Week 7 of FNF despite being hired to confirm the latter's death by Daddy Dearest, putting him at odds with the latter.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- To start off, he’s very lethal, going as far as to killing 87 Tankmen in Week 7. Even if it’s justified, it’s still too lethal to be NPG. He even became an assassin hired by Daddy Dearest. It's also implied that, had his target not been Boyfriend, he would have killed him.
- He can be jerkish, leading to outbursts, of anger too. This is minor though, as it stems from his PTSD, and him being very apologetic and remorseful after every outburst.
Trivia[]
- He is one of the three Newgrounds heroes to be Inconsistently Admirable, the other two being Henry Stickmin and Charles Calvin.
- Of these, he is the only one to appear in Pico and Friday Night Funkin' and not be in Henry Stickmin.
