Oh Yoon-hee is the deuteragonist of the Korean drama series The Penthouse War of Life. She was Portrayed by South Korean actress and singer Eugene.

What make her admirable?[]
- She loves and takes care of her daughter Bae Ro Na and unlike some of the other characters, she doesn't abuse or use her.
- She goes up to her daughter's school and defended her when she is accused of assault Yoo Jenny.
- She apologized to the assistant principal when she kicked his tooth out during anti violence committee.
- when she saw Min Seol A, who was a student in Rona's class, getting abused by her boss at her job, she stood up to him for her, got her out of there, then compensated her with some cash.
- Initially resisted the thought of killing Min Seol A to get Rona on top of the class after Cheon Seojin suggested it to her.
- was thankful to Shim su ryeon, one of the residents of the Hera Palace where the Wealthy live. for helping her and Ro Na live there.
- While she was the one to kill Min Seol A, she was drunk and didn't do it out of malice but because she wanted RoNa to be on top in her class.
- She didn't remember killing her, and when she does remember she is immediately shocked, horrified and remorseful.
- She donated millions of dollars to what she thought was a charitable organization ( it was actually a scam set up by Joo Dan Tae)
- She reported the Bullying of Yoo Jenny.
- She helped Shim Su Ryeon and Logan Lee get Cheon Seojin and Joo Dan Tae arrested for their crimes.
- She turned herself in to the police for killing Min Seol A.
- When Logan Lee Entrusted her with his wealth and dies; she uses it to expose the truth about Shim Su Ryeon's twin daughters, that Joo Seok Kyung and Min Seol A are twins and Joo Seok Kyung is her Actual daughter
- When Ms. Jin kidnaps Ha Eun Byul, Cheo Seojin's daughter, she chases her to save Ha Byul, Ms Jinn goes to Joo Dan Tae's house, Yoon hee is able to get the car with Byul in it. She the is chased by Joo Dan Tae, who then tries to run them off a cliff, as Yoon Hee risks her life to save Ha Eun Byul as she is sleeping in car, by stepping in between the car and edge of the cliff stopping it from falling off the cliff, she dies when Cheon Seojin comes to get Ha Eun Byul out then pushes her off cliff.
- While Shim Su Ryeon and Logan Lee set the admirable standard high as they both attempted to stop Joo Dan Tae from blowing up the Hera Palace, Yoon Hee still stands out as she place herself in between a moving vehicle and the edge of a cliff using all her strength holding it up to save Ha Eun Byul (inspite of her being her arch-enemy's daughter) risking her life.
What makes her Inconsistent?[]
- While she does atone for this act, still She is the one who killed Min Seol A by pushing her off a skyscraper, and this is to severe and for her to be NPE as this is too much impact on the series and towards Shim Su-Ryeon and Logan Lee
- She is an On and Off villain most of the series. Even during the third season, she helps Cheon Seojin fake her Soprano performances by ghost singing for her and blackmailing her

- She is one of 2 characters of The Penthouse War of Life to be Inconsistently admirable. The other being Logan Lee
- Its perfectly fitting for her to be IA, as her arch-enemy Cheon Seojin is Inconsistently Heinous
