Nightfall is a major protagonist in Final Space, serving as a major protagonist in Season 1, the tritagonist of Season 2, and the posthumous overarching protagonist of Season 3. She is a version of Quinn Ergon from an alternate future, who lost Gary and her world.

She was voiced by Tika Sumpter.

Her Good Ranking[]

What Makes Her Admirable?[]

Past[]

  • It's heavily implied she committed the same heroic acts Quinn did before the events of the series.
  • She helped Gary in closing the Final Space breach to stop the Titans from destroying the universe.
  • After Gary's death, she spent the next 20 years going to hundreds of timelines in an attempt to save the universe once and for all.
  • She convinced Kevin Van Newton to help her by creating a ship for Quinn and Gary so they could save their friends in the future.
  • She created a flash drive and put it in her helmet so the Team Squad could learn how to activate the Hiper Transdimensional Bridge.

Season 1[]

  • She gave KVN a flash drive, which would save Quinn and Avocato from being killed by S.A.M.E.S after H.U.E. was brainwashed by the Infinity Guard.
  • She saved Gary and the Team Squad from being killed by one of the Lord Commander's soldiers when he was about to shoot the Galaxy One with a rocket launcher.
  • She saved Gary, Little Cato, Mooncake and KVN from being killed by one of the Lord Commander's star cruisers.
  • She helped the Team Squad get to Bolo so they could learn how to close the Final Space breach.

Season 2[]

  • She saved Mooncake when he was about to get killed by the Lord Commander.
  • She saved the Team Squad when the Crimson Light was about to get destroyed by one of the enemy ships during the Toro Regata.
  • She comforted Gary when he thought that he was responsible for the destruction of the Earth alongside Little Cato.
  • She tries to comfort Ash when she tried to stop the Team Squad from getting to Serepentis due to not being able to go back there because of her trauma.
  • She helps a guy who tried to steal the Crimson Light get ready for his weeding with the help of H.U.E. and Fox.
  • She comforts Ash after she watched her sister die by telling her that she got powers for a reason, which was to become someone better despite her tragedy.
  • She helps in convincing Little Cato to not join a gang and join the Team Squad and making Gary his adoptive father.
  • She helps in stopping Gary's mother, Sheryl, from getting all the dimensional keys and indirectly causing the universe's destruction.
  • She sacrifices herself to free Bolo so he could help in defeating the Titans and saving the universe in the process.
  • Her actions would have a great impact on Ash, as she is one of the biggest reasons why Ash never fell to villainy for most of season 3.

What Makes Her Inconsistent?[]

  • She tried to kill Mooncake just to make sure that he would never open the Final Space breach by accident, even though she could have easily told Gary that Mooncake could accidently do it and try to make sure he would never do it no matter what, proving she is not incorruptible and can fall almost to villany.
  • She is very lethal, brutally killing the Lord Commander out of revenge for his actions and even mentioning she did the same dozens of times, although he did deserve it, and killing a S.A.M.E.S unit who was retreating.
  • She assaulted an innocent person to steal his pet animal so they could stop Clarence from giving the dimensional keys to Sheryl, which even Gary and Little Cato thought was a wrong thing to do.
