Minoru Mineta, also known as the Fresh-Picked Hero: Grape Juice, is a supporting protagonist of My Hero Academia. He is a student in Class 1-A at U.A. High School, training to become a Pro Hero.
Alongside Denki Kaminari as his partner-in-crime, Mineta is shown to be lecherous pervert when he is obsessed with women (including those his class) as he attempted to peep the girl's locker room or bathe. He even touched their breasts. According to Momo Yaoyorozu, Mineta is the worst pervert.
He is voiced by Ryō Hirohashi in the Japanese version of the anime, and by Brina Palencia in the English dubbed version.

What Makes Him Admirable?[]
- Similar to Bakugo, despite his selfish motives, he does want to be a legitimate hero.
- He helped Izuku and Asui during the USJ attack using his balls to keep the villains stuck.
- Helped carry Mr. Aizawa to safety.
- Took Sero to the finish line in their exam against Midnight, even though he easily could've let him behind.
- In the first movie, he played a pivotal role in Wolfram's defeat, being the one who risked his life to get to the top of the tower, allowing the students to free the heroes and stop Wolfram.
- Tried to protect Karminari, Jiro and Momo and cheered on Deku and All Might during their fight.
- Tried to help his class fight the rampaging beasts in the forests.
- Incapacitated multiple students during the license exam arc so his classmates could pass.
- Protected Mina during the Class A vs Class B training exercise.
- In the second movie, personally fought Nine in an attempt to protect the people on Nabu island.
- In the third movie, helped in the mission to stop Humarise and save the world, also refusing to believe Midoryia would ever do anything like commit mass murder.
- Helped fight Gigantomachia during the second war, using his balls to try and pin him down.
- Went alongside his class to bring Izuku back to UA, talking about how he always looked up to him due to his bravery, not because of his power.
- Tried to hug him several times after they returned him to UA.
- Fought alongside Mina and Kirishima to keep Machia from being freed during the second war.
- Was willing to sacrifice his quirk so AFO wouldn't take Tokoyami's, leading to AFO fleeing the battle field as he saw Mineta as a weakling like Jiro and this reminded him that he needed to get to Shigaraki and Deku. This saved both Hawks and Tokoyami's life.
- It’s also possible he wanted to save Tokoyami from losing his quirk since Dark Shadow is basically a brother to the former.
- Alongside the rest of the class, went to help Midoryia fight against All For One in the final battle.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- While he's seems to mostly stopped being provocative, a sexual deviant and overall a massive creep as of recent chapters, but his hormonal lust and obsessively perverted nature are WAY too prominent in the story for him to be a mischievous Near Pure Good. Mostly because he doesn't exactly show a single ounce of remorse for his actions (unlike Bakugo or even Endeavor of all people), he just stopped touching girls without apologizing to any of them.
- This usually happens with Momo Yaoyorozu, due to her revealing costume, and he makes multiple attempts to touch her like grabbing her back and clinging onto her without her consent.
- He groped Tsuyu at her chest and butt, which not only startles her, but prompted her to drown him to stop him from fondling her inappropriately.
- Although smart, he grabbed onto Momo and says it was like two birds with one stone, which heavily implied he wanted to touch her in a lustful manner.
- Him and Kaminari tricked all the Class 1-A girls into wearing cheerleader uniforms so he can check them out.
- Him and Kaminari also asked Midoriya to go with them to the school's pool under the excuse of training there so they could watch the girls on their swimsuits, only to backfire when not only the rest of the boys showed but also the girls used instead the less-revealing school swimsuits.
- Speaking of which, even Kaminari showed standards about his perversion when he told him to not conform with every result he gets.
- In probably his most perverted moment as a whole, he looks into a hole that led to the girl's locker room and kept on sexualizing all of them except Jiro. Speaking of whom, it would lead to an earphone Jack into his eye because of this (which was completely justified and he clearly deserved it).
- He even attempts to climb the walls to glance over the girls naked, only being stopped by Kota, who is way younger than him yet still knows it’s very wrong, even telling him he should learn first to be a human before being a hero.
- It was revealed that Kota was sent to guard the wall specially because of him since Aizawa told Mandalay about a "Lustful Student" that could climb the wall just to get to see the girls.
- Due to his reputation, the class doesn’t want to go into his room and Hagakure tells him to get away from her drawer since Mineta was trying to sniff her undies nearby.
- He once told Eri, A LITTLE GIRL, he wanted to see how she looks like when she grows up 10 years later so he can see her inappropriately even when she becomes a teenager (which is way too corrupting of him since this was a pedophilic comment towards a 6-7 year old, and Mineta is directly implying he would check her out as a teen when Mineta himself becomes a 25 year old man). This is also too corrupting for him to be NPG.
- He can also be an insensitive jerk to classmates at times, specifically when he mocked Todoroki and Bakugo for failing the exam and even tried to make sure they wouldn’t be above him again by trying to get them to take a break. Although Bakugo was a violent jerk and he envies Todoroki, he was just rubbing salt in their wounds.
- He is a complete anti-hero at best and hero by proxy at worst due to his selfish, horny motive of wanting to be popular with the ladies and girls by becoming "a well-known hero". It's shown that because of his selfishness of wanting girls he's one of the lowest ranked heroes of his class (probably because they find him unlikeable), even more than Bakugo himself who despite the reception of the public ranked higher than most of his classmates (ironically).
- He interns at Mt Lady’s agency just so he could have some time with the pro heroine due to her good looks which greatly backfired since the latter made him do chores.
- He only climbs he walls of the I-Island tower just so he could show off how popular he can be with the ladies and even touching them.
- He has too many incompetent and cowardly moments that are too severe and corrupting, such as him failing to be cool, his Quirk is being too situational to benefit the Pro-Heroes and he tends to run away from a fight instead of actually trying to beat a villain or a threat, such as initially abandoning Sero at Midnight's claws during one of their exams (even if it wasn't a completely serious threat), thus showing he can be a dirty coward by abandoning others to save his own skin. While he might have stood up to All For One to protect Tokoyami, this moment alone doesn't subvert the many moments of cowardice he had.
