I'm just a pretty. Little. Girl.
~ Mandy, upon being asked by General Skarr what she is in the episode "Skarred for Life."
It is not enough to succeed, others must fail.
~ Mandy's most famous quote.

Mandy is one of the three titular protagonists of The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy. She is the complete opposite of her best friend Billy. While Billy is stupid, friendly and fun-loving, Mandy is intelligent, merciless, and cold. Like Billy’s stupidity, her wickedness is the central core of her character, with her desiring world domination someday. Interestingly enough, she is the primary reason Grim ended up enslaved by the two children, having been the one to rig the limbo contest in the kids’ favor.

She was voiced by Grey DeLisle.

Her Good Ranking[]

What Makes Her Admirable?[]

  • In "Meet the Reaper", she joins in the limbo game against the Grim Reaper to help save the soul of Billy's pet hamster, Mr. Snuggles.
  • In "Fiend is Like Friend Without the 'R'", she kicks Nergal in the shin to save Grim from being tortured by electrocution.
  • In "Hoss Delgado: Spectral Exterminator", she stops Hoss Delgado from killing Grim.
  • In "Billy's Growth Spurt", she spends the entire episode trying to find a cure for Billy's illness.
  • In "Billy & the Bully", she stands up to Sperg when he wouldn't stop bullying Billy.
  • In "Big Trouble in Billy's Basement", she defeats Yog-Sothoth, an omnicidal deity, by sending a possessed Billy through the portal along with the Bad Book, which sends Yog-Sothoth back to the Dream Lands. She also indirectly returned Billy to his normal state since the Outer Gods didn't want him.
  • In "It's Hokey Mon!", she stops an invasion of Hokey Mon monsters by creating a monster of her own which (literally) makes toast out of all the other monsters.
  • In "Billy & Mandy's Jacked Up Halloween", she plays a massive part in defeating Jack O'Lantern and his pumpkin army. More specifically, she devised an elaborate prank trap, and although Jack found out about it, it ended up making his pumpkin army literally laugh themselves to death when Irwin accidentally sets them off.
  • In "Tricycle of Terror", she destroys a cursed tricycle Billy dubs "Trykie" and stops it from wreaking havoc in Endsville.
  • In "Skarred for Life", she stops General Skarr from using Grim's scythe to rule the universe.
  • In "Nursery Crimes", she saves Billy from a cannibalistic Pinocchio who wanted to cook and eat him alive.
  • In "Nigel Planter and the Chamber Pot of Secrets", she exposes Lord Moldybutt's true identity as Dean Toadblatt, who was disguising himself as Lord Moldybutt to scare off Nigel Planter.
  • In "Bearded Billy", she stops Hoss Delgado from capturing Billy, who is mistaken for a sasquatch after he fools around with his dad's hair tonic.
  • In "Attack of the Clowns", she helps Billy overcome his fear of clowns along with Grim.
  • In "The Good, the Bad, and the Toothless", she challenges the Tooth Fairy to a showdown to get back Billy's tooth.
  • In "Happy Huggy Stuffy Bears", she stops Eris from mind-controlling the children of Endsville by destroying the stuffed bears along with Grim.
  • In "Puddle Jumping", she and Grim save Billy from being baked into a pie by Granny Applecheeks.
  • In "Prank Call of Cthulhu", she traps Cthulhu inside his own phone lines and stopped him from turning the entirety of Endsville into monsters.
  • In "Billy and Mandy Save Christmas", she, along with Billy and Grim, travel to the North Pole to cure Santa Claus of his vampiric condition.
  • In "Pandora's Lunchbox", she foiled Pandora’s plans of unleashing a plague upon humanity, albeit so she could be the one to unleash a plague of her own upon the world.
  • In "Billy & Mandy vs. the Martians", she, Billy and Grim foil Morg's plot to conquer the Earth.
  • In "Company Halt", she and Billy were responsible for stopping Evil Con Carne from destroying the neighborhood.
  • In "Billy & Mandy's Big Boogey Adventure", she helps Grim stop Boogey from obtaining Horror's Hand to use to make children fear him once again and also helped Grim get his job back.
  • In "Billy and Mandy Moon the Moon", she, Billy, Grim and Sperg stopped alien werewolves from stealing all of the Earth's cheese.
  • In "Wrath of the Spider Queen", she teamed up with her archrival Mindy to fight off and defeat Velma Green's spider army.
  • In "Dracula Must Die!", where she saves Dracula from Lionel Van Helsing.
  • In "Underfist: Halloween Bash", she assists the titular team, along with Billy and Grim, in stopping Mr. Bun Bun from sending his candy monsters to eat every child in the world.

What Makes Her Inconsistent?[]

  • Much like almost every character on The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, she is on and off, as she's primarily a villain protagonist for most of the series run, committing countless villainous acts. She is also far too cruel, lethal, unsympathetic, psychopathic and merciless to qualify as NPG as she is willing to maul Billy to death after possessing his pet cat Milkshakes, erase all life on Earth and show fake remorse before smiling about it, mind control everybody in Endsville, terrorize the population of Endsville, turn her good counterpart into being evil just like her, and in what could be her most infamous Moral Event Horizon cross, turn the KND organization into a dictatorship to conquer the world. This easily disqualifies her from being NPG or PG.
  • Furthermore, The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy is a black comedy series with negative continuity where nothing is really taken seriously and this extends to some of Mandy's actions as well.
  • While she does care for Billy and Grim, she's abusive towards them most of the time, especially the latter.
  • Many of her admirable deeds were done out of pragmatism, for self-serving purposes, or out of obligation to fix Billy's catastrophic and world-ending mistakes, making her both an anti-hero and a hero by proxy.
  • Saying she is too jerkish to be Near Pure Good would be a massive understatement, as she has moments of being a jerk in pretty much every episode she appears in, and what's worse: she shows absolutely no remorse for any of her bad and awful behavior. In fact, she is so jerkish that there's an entire episode that revolves around her slowly transforming into a hideous beast every time she acts like a jerk.
  • She has a high level of arrogance, as she has a strong belief that she is superior to everyone else.

Trivia[]

  • She is the only Grim & Evil hero be Inconsistently Admirable and Inconsistently Heinous simultaneously.
