Luis Fernando Lopez is a major antagonist in Grand Theft Auto IV, and the main protagonist of the add-on DLC The Ballad of Gay Tony. He's the bodyguard and best friend of Liberty City clubowner "Gay Tony", also known as Tony Prince.

He was voiced by Mario D'Leon.

What Makes Him Admirable?[]

When a teacher made fun of his sister, he broke the teacher's arm despite it being unneeded.
After he got released from jail, he would visit his mother and provide her with money.
He left his old gang and became a bodyguard for Tony Prince.
During a bank robbery, he tried to convince a civilian to stay calm and not to attack the robbers and to stay alive.
After a botched deal, Luis saved Tony from being killed by the Triads.
To pay off his mother's debt, Luis fought in an illegal underground fight ring and threw the fight so Mr. Santo xould pay off her debt.
- If Luis chooses not to throw the fight, he kills Mr. Santo after he threatens his mother.
When Vic Manzano beat up Monique after seeing her having an affair with Luis, he shot Vic.
He stole a helicopter for Yusuf and killed all of the terroristic war criminals who owned it.
He followed Niko and Packie for Gracie's location so they would know where she was,
He caused Brucie to stand up to his brother Mori, and Luis pointed out that Brucie had manners while Mori was an absolute douchebag.
When Rocco told him to kill Tony, he instead killed Vince and Bulgarin's goons.
When Bulgarin was about to fly to Russia and get away with his many criminal activities and resume his human trafficking operation, Luis destroyed his heroin, killed his goons, killed his right-hand man Timur and destroyed the plane Bulgarin was on, killing Bulgarin and ending his operation.
In free roam, he can work at Maisonette and throw out troublemakers from the club.
He retrieved Arnaud's wallet and killed the pimp who stole it.
After Margot downed a fatal amount of pills, he rushed her to the hospital.

What Makes Him Inconsistent[]

Like every Grand Theft Auto protagonist, he is On & Off, being an antagonist at times.
He is incredibly lethal, as he once stole an APC for Yusuf and destroyed many cop cars, killing all the cops in those cars. Another example is him stealing the front cart of a train for Yusuf, where he killed multiple police officers with an explosive shotgun.
In free roam, he can participate in "Drug Wars", where him, Armando and Henrique steal drugs and fight for drugs with other gangsters. While the gangsters most likely deserved it, he helps Armando and Henrique do this for money only.
He has some jerkish moments, such as when he called Tony a "useless junkie fuck."
