- He is genuinely tragic as his mother was killed at a young age and only got frequently bullied afterwards with little to no friends, causing him to develop his extremism.
- With no resources and being a weak fighter, he stood up to a strong bully who was getting beaten up by a bigger student only to get beaten into a coma.
- Killed said bully when he was sexually harassing a girl.
- Killed a crime lord who killed his mother and didn’t suffer any consequences.
- He kills countless criminals in hope of making the world a better place.
- Unlike the original Light, he is hesitant to kill law enforcement trying to track him down, as shown when Mia tries to goad him into it. He also shows remorse for some of his actions.
- Saves his father in the hospital and explains that he is Kira, having a sympathetic ending and likely continuing to reshape the world.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He is a lethal extremist who kills criminals without much thought and also is not above using Watari to locate L.
