Jeffy is one of the three main protagonists (alongside Marvin and Bowser Junior) of the SML series.
He is the first and oldest child of Nancy and Jacques Pierre François, and the older brother of Feebee, but since his biological father Jacques faked his death and after he killed Nancy by shooting her in the head in "Jeffy's 18th Birthday!", he is now the adoptive child of Mario and his wife, Rosalina. Despite this, he still has his clone, Scooter, who is currently wandering around outside of Mario's house somewhere.

What Makes Him Admirable?[]
- Gave Hansel his bike when he had nothing.
- Stopped Drawing Jeffy from killing everyone in the house.
- Was willing to sacrifice himself to save his father from his monster of a mother.
- Fought and shot Nancy out of altruism rather than sadism.
- Proved Mario's innocence.
- He arguably sets the admirable standards for the whole franchise as he not only saved Mario but also saved all of humanity from Mojo Jojo as the narration flat out says so in The Powerpuff Jeffy's.
- Stopped an armed robbery.
- In The Baseball Game, he put all his money in charity to save children and many other people out of the goodness of his heart.
- In Jeffy’s 20th Birthday as a 7 year old, he beat up Feebee’s sexual abuser CJ. 13 years later he killed him by tying him to the grille of his truck and driving into his old home for what he did to his sister and what he tried to do to another child. While this would make him lethal, it's more than justified considering everything CJ did
- He's very nice to his friends.
- He's very nice to animals as he's seen giving a chicken his shirt because he thought it was cold.
- While he does annoy Mario and (to some lesser extent) Rosalina, he genuinely loves them, especially Mario.
- Unlike Junior or Joseph, he isn’t that big of a bully towards Cody as he cares a lot about him.
What Makes Him inconsistent?[]
- He's an anti-hero, due to him committing many villainous acts.
- He is On & Off since he didn't redeem himself from committing several villainous actions.
- He's has a lot of jerkish behavior.
- While he loves Mario and Rosalina, he doesn't care for the former's feelings and opinion, and while he doesn't realize there are times that he does and he doesn't care.
- While he doesn't annoys too much Rosalina, there are times that he can be rude to her or he doesn't care for her opinion.
- He's also very lethal and mischievous, as he always causes trouble on a daily basis, as well as driving Mario insane in many episodes to count.
- His act of saving the humanity from Mojo Jojo could be that he did that for pragmatic reasons, since when he took the money that Mojo Jojo stole, he decided to keep it for himself since he saw it as a reward and ignores Mario's words to give it back to the bank. This could imply that Jeffy may saved the world for getting something in change rather than selflessness.
- He has moral agency issues due to him being born with severe disabilities, thanks to his monstrous biological mother Smoking and drinking while she was pregnant with him, including stupidity that makes him do malicious acts placing him in the Grey Zone and making him a Hero by Proxy.
