His Good Ranking[]
What Makes Him Admirable?[]
- Unlike his his father and sister he was always kind to his brother Tyrion, never blaming him for his mothers death and brought him toys when he was young.
- He killed Rossart to prevent him from burning the entirety of King’s Landing and slew the Mad king Aerys, saving the entire city In the process.
- Helped Tyrion to save Tysha from being raped.
- Despite being free from his imprisonment and being able to easily abandon her he goes back to go save save Breinne from Vargo and fights off a Bear that they set loose on her.
- He gives Breinne the Oathkeeper he was given by his Father and gives her the authority to go find Sansa Stark and fulfill the view of honor they both gave to Cateyln Stark.
- Him and Varys formed a plan to rescue Tyrion from being executed and smuggle him out of King’s Landing. Jaime also confesses to Tyrion the truth about Tysha because he felt he owed it to him.
- He has the man who raped Pia executed and told Peck he could sleep with her if she consented and to be gentle with her due to the ordeal she has suffered.
- After running into Breinne again he joins her as she says the Hound has Sansa and he must come with her to rescue Sansa.
- Jaime easily meets the admirable standard by saving all of King’s landing from being burned by the mad king which is one of the highest scale acts in the series.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He is too much of a jerk to be NPG as he is often arrogant and rather rude to others like when he constantly called Breinne wench during the rut first meetings.
- He is also way too lethal as shown when he killed Ned Starks men and threw Brain a child out the window for seeing him an Cersei together. The latter is especially corrupting as he has still shown no remorse for it.
- While he has improved since book 3 he is still supporting the Lannister’s who are a corrupt and brutal house and is not above using underhanded means sucks as threatening to send Ryman’s infant son back to him via catapult if he didn’t surrender the castle.
