Sir Integra Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing is the titular deuteragonist of the anime/manga series Hellsing. She is Alucard's master and the head of the Hellsing Organization. She is a descendant of Abraham Van Hellsing and is the last of her family.
Still as a child, Integra inherited her position as Bureau Director of the Hellsing Organization after the death of her father, Arthur Hellsing. Her uncle tried to kill her to become his brother's successor, but she was saved by Hellsing's vampire, Alucard, and she succeeded in killing Richard Hellsing. Years later, as a 22-year-old British noblewoman, a member of the Protestant Knights and the leader of Hellsing, she protects England and her Queen against the forces of the supernatural.
She is voiced by Yoshiko Sakakibara in the Japanese version of the anime and Victoria Harwood (adult) and Laura Bailey (child) in the English version.

What Makes Her Admirable?[]
- After her uncle Richard Hellsing tries to kill her, she escapes to the basement to awake Alucard to protect her, who then becomes her loyal servant.
- As the leader of Hellsing Organization, Integra is responsible for making decisions and giving other Hellsing Members command in their missions, enabling their heroic deeds in the first place.
- After Alucard turns Seras Victoria into a vampire to save her from Cheddar Priest, Integra takes Seras in and introduces her to Hellsing Orgnization.
- She orders Seras to Ireland with Alucard to kill the vampire couple Leif & Jessica.
- After Alexander Anderson severely injured Seras and cuts of Alucard's head, she takes a helicopter with two bodyguards to rescue them.
- She keenly discovers there are chips within Leif and Jessica's bodies, combined with the fact that vampire rampage is becoming too frequent, she suspects there are someone who mass producting vampires through the chips.
- She holds a meeting with Round Table Council to inform others about the infromation about the chips and the possibility to mass produce vampire.
- As Luke Valentine and Luke Valentine leads a ghoul army to invade Hellsing manor, she conveys order to Alucard, Walter and Integra, while she herself protects the meeting room along with other Round Table Council members.
- When Seras, feels horrified about former Hellsing soldiers become ghoul, goes berserk and brutally slaughter the ghouls with a sadistic glee, Integra calms Seras down and returns Seras to her normal state.
- Due to the loss of Hellsing memebrs, she recruits Pip Bernadotte's Wild Geese mercenary group to defend Hellsing.
- Having known Millenium Organization are their enemies, she visits Enrico Maxwell in Imperial War Museum to collect more information about Millenium.
- Knowing their enemies Millenium Organization are hiding in Brazil, Integra sends Alucard, Seras, and Pip's Wild Geese mercenaries to Brazil to find out the whereabout of Millenium.
- At Brazil, Tubalcain Alhambra bribes a group of Brazilian corrupt officials to frame Alucard and Seras as "terrorists", sending hundreds of policemen to corner the hotel Alucard and Seras is in and tries to kill them. Integra feels conflicted, but still makes up her mind to command Alucard to kill the policemen. After that she asks Walter whether her decision is correct.
- She attends a meeting with Queen of England and informs the queen about the information about Millenium.
- As Millenium's First Lieutenant Rip Van Winkle hijacks Britain Navy's aircraft carrier HMS Eagle by bribing the Navy officer with granting them immortality, Integra and Walter discusses the plan to send Alucard to kill Rip, and they decides to send a SR71 carrying Alucard across the ocean.
- When Millenium organizes the attack on London, she and Round Table Council discusses the scheme of operation.
- She gives Sir Penwood a specialized gun upon his decision to stay and fight, telling him not to die.
- During the way she returns to Hellsing Manor, she shoots and kills multiple Millenium vampires with silver bullet.
- When Last Battalion almost destroys the entire London, while Enrico Maxwell orders his Ninth Crusade to massacre the surviving civilians in the name of purging Protestants, Integra gives Alucard a command to release the Control Art Restrictions Zero, summoning an legion of undead familiars that rampage across London, wipeing out both Last Battalion and Ninth Crusade.
- She feels immensely angry after finding out Walter betrayed her, struggling to order Alucard to kill her former servant Walter because she still cares about him.
- As Walter and Alucard engages a fight, Integra and Seras go into the Major's zeppelin, killing the remaining Millenium members they see.
- Feels desperate after Alucard disappears from Schrödinger's ability, yelling to Alucard do not disappear.
- After Major is giving her a speech about his "pride" in humanity, Integra rebutes Major's speech, pointing out how hypocritical he is.
- She shoots and kills Major, ending his war once and for all.
- Thirty years later, when Alucard returns to real world after killing all the souls within him excepts Schrödinger, Integra welcomes Alucard back and gives him her own blood to drink.
What Makes Her Inconsistent?[]
- Despite having good intentions, Integra is incredibly lethal and ruthless, showing zero mercy towards her enemies, whether they are evil or not. For example, as Tubalcain frames Alucard and Seras as terrorists and sends hundreds of policemen (who are unaware about the fact) to surround the hotel Alucard and Seras is in, instead of explaining the situation, Integra simply gives Alucard a command of "search and destroy", allowing Alucard to brutally slaughter and cannibalize all of them, including the ones trying to retreat, even having some of their bodies impaled through flag poles.
- She sometimes acts as a jerk, often acting rude and unfriendly towards others.
