Inosuke Hashibira is one of the two tritagonists (alongside Zenitsu Agatsuma) in the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba franchise.
He is a primary ally alongside Zenitsu who accompanied Tanjiro and Nezuko during their mission. He's the Demon Slayer wielding the power of the self-taught destructive Beast Breathing.
He is voiced by Yoshitsugu Matsuoka in Japanese, and Bryce Papenbrook in English.

What Makes Him Admirable?[]
- Detected the location of Spider Mother for Tanjiro to slay her.
- Held off Spider Father so that Tanjiro could escape the battle.
- Fell in love with Aoi
- Helped Tanjiro slayed Enmu, permanently saving the passengers from Enmu.
- Helped Tengen find his missing wives.
- Chased after Daki's sentient Obi Sash and freed some women trapped inside.
- Helped Zenitsu slayed Daki for good.
- He and Kanao slayed Doma after the latter was weakened by Shinobu's body.
- Joined with the surviving slayers to kill Muzan.
- Despite being raised by boars, he later developed a clear moral agency as he expressed immerse hatred for Doma for killing his mother and wished for Muzan to die for all the crimes he committed.
- While his heroism is mostly of the "support the heroes" variety, his actions are still very important to defeating the demons. For example, if he hadn't helped Tanjiro slayed Enmu, Tanjiro would have struggled greatly due to Enmu's great regenerative ability and more passengers would have likely died. Additionally, if he wasn't present during the Entertainment Distinct Arc, Tengen's wives would have never been found (not to mention Zenitsu was captured by Daki at that time) and Zenitsu, Tanjiro and Tengen would have failed to defeat Daki and Gyutaro.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- Despite developing a protective and loyal side for others, he's an anti-hero as he fights demons to show his power. Since he usually fights to show his power, he usually doesn’t take situations seriously. He usually just laughs at dangerous situations
- He is very prideful and arrogant always thinking he is the best , complimenting himself like calling himself "the King of the Mountains", and at times treats his allies like his underlings.
- He's very lethal as when he realized Nezuko was in the box, he tried to kill her while hurting Zenitsu. He also doesn't care about the puppetized members, was willing to hurt them and told Tanjiro to leave the train conductor to die.
- He has a lust for killing demons and will get jealous if they are killed by others, not him.
- While being raised by boars doesn't give him moral agency issues, he inherited the reckless, arrogant and jerkish behavior towards other at times.
