Hel is an original character created for The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross mobile game's original story Rangarok: Fate of the Gods. She is the Goddess of Death and daughter of Loki as well as the adoptive sister of Fenrir and Jormungand.

Her Good Ranking[]

Debated Validations[]

  • It is unknown if Grand Cross is canon to the main series as their stories were written by the series creator and Aboru an original character for the game, later appears in Four Knights of the Alocalypse raising possibility of it being canon. Even then she would still stand out.

In General[]

  • While the Seven Deadly Sins did do more than her, they had far more screen time than her and
  • Despite the high admirable standards of The Seven Deadly Sins, Hel stands out for creating the Underworld and being the one to drive Nidhoggr.

What Makes Her Admirable?[]

  • She created the Underworld so souls of the dead can rest peacefully there.
  • She had Baldr take asylum in the Underworld to avoid responsibilities of inheriting Odin's position (who is an villain in this) and allow him to help her out.
  • She helped the Seven Deadly Sins as well as her adoptive siblings Fenrir and Jormungand learn truth of Loki and Baldr.
  • She plays an major role in driving away Nidhoggr who was attempting to eat the World Tree Root sustaining the Underworld which would've destroyed it which would've placed souls in there in a fate even worse than death as souls before the creation of the Underworld were in an state of emptiness and nothingness.
    • Nidhoggr destroying the Underworld doesn't rely on fridge-horror since the Underworld was shaking when it was trying to eat the World Tree Root Sustaining it and it’s inhabitants panicking.

What Makes Her Inconsistent?[]

  • While she has few corruptions but some of them they are too severe to make her be PG or NPG:
    • She is grey zone since she is a death goddess and was stated to killed innocents before.
    • She is too sadistic to be NPG as when asked by Hawk what he look like dead she says she seriously offered to kill him in a sadistic and serious tone that can’t be brushed off as a comedic scene.
    • She has an mischievous moment of calling Fenrir "older brother" despite her being older than him but is an minor prevention.

Trivia[]

  • She is the only The Seven Deadly Sins Inconsistently Admirable to be from an video game.
  • She is also the only version of Hel/Hela to be Inconsistently Admirable so far.
