The Heavy Weapons Guy better known as The Heavy is a popular class in the Team Fortress series, as well as the mascot and arguably the overall main protagonist of Team Fortress 2. He is depicted as a hulking brute of a man hailing from the Soviet Union - prone to carrying massive weapons such as miniguns, he is a walking engine of destruction and, when partnered with a Medic, can be the bane of many a mercenary.
He is voiced by Gary Schwartz, who also voiced Demoman in the same game.

What Makes Him Admirable?[]
- Although he became a mercenary and an assassin, he did so because he needed to support his family who were being persecuted by the Soviet government and were poor.
- He protected his family from the Soviet government.
- Despite occasionally assaulting them, he still cares for his teammates, especially Medic who is his best friend.
- Depending on the player's choice, Heavy can give his sandviches and other types of foods to his teammates on the battlefront, that heals the lives of those who eat it, thus saving lives.
- In "Meet the Medic", hen alongside Medic, saves his entire team from an enraged army of BLU Soldiers.
- At "Second Annu-Hell Scream Fortress Hauntdead Halloween Special", he alongside the BLU Team and the RED Team, defeat Silas Mann (aka Horseless Headless Horsemann), saving the lives of his teammates.
- In "Expiration Date", he alongside the other mercenaries fight the Giant Bread Monster.
- At "Third Annual Scream Fortress Very Scary Halloween Special", he alongside RED and BLU Team defeat Monoculus.
- After Gray Mann takes Saxton Hale out of the power of Mann Co. and starts creating robots to dominate the world, Heavy, alongside the other members of the RED Team, makes an alliance with the BLU Team to defeat the robots and stop Gray Mann's plans.
- At "Fourth Annual Spectral Halloween Special", he Alongside RED Team and BLU Team defeat Merasmus.
- After breaking free from his captivity, Heavy alongside his teammates ended up killing all members of the TFC Merceneries, although it seems kind of lethal it was deserved because of their petty and cruel actions.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He is very lethal, killing his enemies in very brutal ways and sadistically enjoying it.
- He can be very mean and insulting towards his enemies, and even sometimes towards his teammates.
- He is a mercenary who kills people for money. Even though it's to help his family, he still enjoys doing it.
Trivia[]
- He is the only Team Fortress character to be Inconsistently Admirable. His best friend, Medic, is ironically the only Inconsistently Heinous mercenary.
