Gregory, also known as Patient 46 and GGY, is a major character in the Steel Wool Era of the Five Nights at Freddy's franchise
He is a mysterious child who teams up with Glamrock Freddy to escape Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex.
He is voiced by Marta Svetek.

What Makes Him Admirable?[]
- He seemingly frees Glamrock Freddy from his corrupted programming, reverting him back to his friendly personality and helping him achieve self-awareness.
- He fixes Glamrock Freddy whenever he starts experiencing malfunctions.
- Even though he has the chance to escape Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex at 6AM, he ultimately stays behind to stop any more disappearances and deaths at the location.
- He helps the Princess by playing through her arcade games, allowing her to free Vanessa from Glitchtrap's control.
- While the series has high standards, he stands out due to his minimal resources.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He's too lethal due to him maiming the Glamrock Animatronics for their parts. Although it was done to upgrade Glamrock Freddy, who was reluctant to take the parts to begin with since they were for his friends, how he went about taking them was extremely brutal and he doesn't express any remorse for this, even going as far as to say they deserve it. He also seemingly betrays his best friend, Cassie, by letting her die in the collapsing elevator despite the fact she risked her life to save him.
- He has a couple of jerkish moments, namely him insulting the Glamrocks and the Map Bot.
- He presumably betrayed Cassie by dropping the elevator she was in to stop the Mimic, despite the fact that she risked her life to save his. Alhough he openly showed remorse for doing so.
Trivia[]
- Gregory is the only IA character from the Steel Wool era to be human.
- He is currently the only official Five Nights at Freddy's character to be both Inconsistently Admirable and Inconsistently Heinous.
- Some people speculate that it's not Gregory who betrayed Cassie, but the Mimic, who was impersonating him yet again. If this was to be confirmed, Gregory would still be IA regardless due to his other actions.
