The GTA Online Protagonist is the main protagonist of Grand Theft Auto: Online.

His or her appearance is created by the player's choice and the majority of the time they commit crimes and villainous acts such as murder, stealing, drug dealing, etc.

They generally live a lifestyle similar to what the player wants, and their stats can be controlled through sleeping and exercising. They can also take on various missions, and decide where they will live. In the end, they are the player's avatar in the universe, and not much is canon about them other than their actions in the story mode.
