His Good Ranking[]
What Makes Him Admirable?[]
In General[]
- While the series has an incredibly high admirable standard, he easily stands out due to his influence on Deku, Bakugo and Shoto, along with having considerably lower resources than All Might and Deku combined with his huge quantity of heroic feats.
- Despite starting out with numerous corrupting qualities such as jerkishness, arrogance, being an anti-hero and being in the grey zone, he managed to shed nearly all of them by the end of the series.
Past[]

- Resolved more incidents than any other pro-hero, including All Might.
- Tried to stop his first son Toya from training, since it damaged his body.
- Stopped a young enraged Toya from trying to attack an infant Shoto.
- Tried to save Toya as he seemingly burned to death.
Vigilantes[]
- Helped take down several Instant villains released by Kuin Hachisuika.
- Suggests paying hospital bills for the injured civilians.

- Respected Natsuo's decision not to talk with him anymore, making it clear he still intended to keep atoning as long as he could.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He, to put it bluntly simple, is a control freak, as he was an outright abusive father and husband, hurting his wife several times and harshly training a 4 year-old Shoto to the point where he threw up. Also, Rei's mental state was damaged by his abuse to the point where she went crazy and threw a boiling hot teapot at young shoto, permanently scaring him. He also emotionally neglected his other kids due to him seeing them as "failures". This affected his oldest son, Toya so badly who desperately wanted his love, care and attention, and ended up becoming a evil supervillain due to not being able to get the love from him. While he’s trying to atone, these are WAY too severe to even make him NPG, especially since his family refuses to forgive him for it, with Natsuo even downright cutting ties with his father.
- Even after he got better, he is still quite wrathful, as he attempted to kill All For One when he learned that the latter was the one who took Dabi in. Though, this is understandable to some degree.
- He is lethal, as he was shown brutally fighting Bee Pop to the point it crossed the line and went too far.
