Dudley Donald Puppy is the titular main protagonist of T.U.F.F. Puppy. Although he is still just a pup, Dudley's got the heart of a pack of full-grown dogs. He has no fear and has no pants. Reared on his mother's strict morals, he was born to stop all badness and meanness in its tracks! Now if only he could figure out how to follow that last rule.

He was voiced by Jerry Trainor, who also played Spencer Shay.

What Makes Him Admirable?

• After the D.O.O.M agents started getting rough in Petropolis. He went to work for T.U.F.F as a secret agent alongside his best friend Kitty Katswell, and stop crime in the city of Petropolis.
• Despite having a tendency to cause problems with his dimwitted nature. He cares about his friends, especially Kitty Katswell, and even his family.
• In multiple episodes he stopped the D.O.O.M agents, such as Verminious Snaptrap, The Chameleon, and Bird Brain from committing crimes in Petropolis.
• Saved Christmas from Verminious Snaptrap, and Bird Brain breaking into the North Pole to take over the holiday, and was thankful that he got his racecar bed, despite annoying Santa Claus about getting it.
• Had teamed up with Chameleon, even though he works for D.O.O.M, and alongside him escaped from the other D.O.O.M agents trying to kill them.

What Makes Him Inconsistent?

• He's very incompetent, mischievous, and reckless constantly causing destruction towards property, abusing his partner Kitty Katswell on multiple occasions, especially using her to hit others thinking it was The Chameleon in disguise as well as shooting her with a blaster to see if she was really Chameleon. Although it may be unintentional because of him being dimwitted, his incompetence is too severe for him to be counted as NPG.

• He's currently the first T.U.F.F Puppy character to be IA.
