Dominic "Dom" Toretto is the main protagonist of the Fast & Furious franchise, first appearing as the deuteragonist of The Fast and the Furious, a cameo character in Tokyo Drift, and became the main character onward.

He is his team's crew leader, an elite street racer and a former criminal, who is the son of Jack Toretto, and the older brother of Jakob and Mia. He robbed trucks to support his family before racing in illegal quarter mile races for his racing passion, later consequently meeting an undercover cop and later best friend Brian O'Conner.

He is portrayed by Vin Diesel.

  • He showed respect to a cheating driver by letting him keep his car, despite winning it himself.
  • Though he betrayed his team by working for Cipher, he didn't have a choice since Cipher kidnapped Elena and his child and was threatening to kill them.
  • He hesitated to shoot on Letty.
  • He tried to free Elena Neves from Cipher and was shocked when she was killed by Connor Rhodes.
  • He avenged Elena by killing Connor Rhodes on that and also stopped Cipher to get a nuclear submarine, when in his plan the submarine exploded.
  • He recruited Deckard and Owen Shaw's mother to arrest Cipher and also caused them both to redeem themselves.

What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]

  • He's too lethal as he killed many people from pure anger. He's also beaten very hard some people like Luke Hobbs that tried to arrest him or punched Kenny Linder in the face, because he's responsible for his father's death.
  • He was a criminal who's doing many crimes of his life.
  • He's also very suspicious of his colleagues, especially Brian after he found out he was a police officer or when he helped Letty become a police agent. He was also suspicious on his brother for his responsibility in their father's death and kicked him out of his house without even hearing his side of the story.
