NOTE: Only info on the version of Deathsaurus from the Transformers Victory Manga be on this page as his Anime version is a selfish power hungry tyrant so only info from his appearance on the Transformers Victory Manga should be put here.

Deathsaurus is the main antagonist of the Transformers: Victory Manga.

His Good Ranking[]

What Makes Him Admirable?[]

In General[]

  • Unlike his Anime version who is a self power hungry tyrant who did his actions for selfish gains, this version is an selfless anti-villain extremist who did his actions out of an selfless cause.
  • Since the Manga Continuity is not part of the main Japanese Generation One Continuity, he doesn't need to compete with Megatron or other selfless Decepticons and has an much lower Admirable Standard as a result.
  • While the Admirable Standards are high since the First 3 Seasons & the Movie of the G1 Cartoon, the Headmasters Anime and Masterforce Manga being all canon to the Manga's Continuity, Deathsaurus stands out for being a selfless Anti-Villain compared to the previous selfish power hungry Decepticon Leaders like Galvatron who did his actions for the sake of sustaining a Decepticon Colony and his act ending the Great War.

Transformers: Victory[]

  • While extreme he went out his way to collect sources of energy, he did it for the sake of sustaining a colony of Decepticon Civilians.
  • He took in human child named Solon and raised him as his own with care and love even providing him an education.
  • He has standards unlike other Decepticon leaders as he is against harming against children and called Solon out for using Jan as a hostage and had a sense of honor and respect to Star Saber.
  • While he did attempt bribe Shūta Gō and Jan if they join the Decepticons he give them a lot of items while they did refuse in the, this act wasn't out of pragmatic reasons due to his soft spot for children making it genuine.
  • In the final chapter the Autobots stormed the Planet Destroying Fortress and defeated Deathsaurus' forced he willingly surrendered to protect the Decepticon Colonist Civilians which housed his wife and the loved ones of his men. There he would form an truce with Star Saber and end the Great War with the Autobots to build an better future.
    • While it did resume in Zone and Battle Stars Deathsuarus was not in them so it doesn't undo this Admirable Act.

What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]

  • He is too much of an extremist to be PG or NPG as while he did redeem himself to end the war he didn't feel remorse for his past actions and while his actions don't reach even come close to the heinous standard of the Manga, he committed too many heinous crimes to make it up but even if he did felt remorse it wouldn’t be enough for the following:
    • He was indirectly responsible for orphaning Solon, Patty and Jan during separate Decepticon attacks that killed their original parents with Solon being injured the point of needing implants to survive from the battle that killed his original parents.
    • His many attacks in cities which put many humans in danger.
    • Has him and his Decepticons caused a forest fire to harvest energy which endangered many animals.
    • Bombarding the Earth's cities with the Planet Destroying Fortress' weaponry in one panel while stating he is gonna take over the Earth.
  • He also got too many multiple corruptions to be NPG even if he did made up for his crimes:
    • He shown to be very lethal at times during his many instances of trying to destroy his enemies such as using his Living-Metal Destroying Canon.
    • He had many jerkish. arrogant and egoistical moments as he lashed out for Solon trying to use Jan as hostage and slapped him while it didn't hurt him it did knock his helmet off or act and say like he gonna take over the world.
    • He still has hatred to humans like other Decepticons as his care only apply to human children not human adults.

Trivia[]

  • Desthsuarus is the second Transformers Generation One Inconsistently Admirable to be an Decepticon after Megatron and to originate from a manga as well.
    • He is also the only version of Desthsaurus to be Inconsistently Admirable as well so far.
  • His Anime version can't qualify as Inconsistently Admirable as he is selfish power hungry tyrant much like the other Decepticon leaders before him and not only lacks any redeeming qualities but never got for the better.
  • Ironically he shares similar traits and predates Peter David Megatron as both are genuine extremists and ended the Great War through making truces with an Autobot leader (Optimus Prime and Star Saber respectively) to build an better future.
