- He's ended up trying to stop The Virus Bot and even defeating him from destroying The Vyond World causing The Vyond World to be saved
- While He's did ended up bringing The Virus Bot in the Vyond World, that was a accident and Cesar felt remorse about it and even tried to stop it
- He’s ended up throwing a rock at The Virus Bot so he’s wouldn’t destroy Vyond

- He's way too much of a Jerk to be NPG as He's shown to be rude to people sometimes and even scarring a Girl just to get water which is just petty and also ended up getting annoyed when his friend saying his quote to the point of saying "We Get It" along with the others when his friend started to quote the same line, while it was annoying, that was not necessary and also ended up yelling a baby when someone was following him, though it was a accident, it still show Cesar can't control his anger and even yelling at Tom for Doug Douglass winning the election despite it not being Tom Fault
