Koba: Ape not kill ape.
Caesar: You are not ape.
Koba: NO!
~ Caesar before letting Koba fall to his death.
Sentinel: Optimus... all I ever wanted... was the survival of our race. You must see why I had to betray you.
Optimus: You didn't betray me. You betrayed yourself.
Sentinel: NO, OPTIMUS!
~ Optimus before killing Sentinel with Megatron's gun.
Who said life was pointless? Oh, right... you did.
~ Dr. Ivo Robotnik right before killing his grandfather, Gerald Robotnik.

Righteous Killers are Inconsistently Admirable who kill when it is morally justifiable. However, they can still fall under Lethal if sometimes they kill when it's unnecessary to do so (i.e. Anakin Skywalker, Batman, Guts, the Doom Slayer, Shadow the Hedgehog, Raphael, Dexter Morgan, Kang No-eul, and Godzilla). They either kill only when it is necessary for them to do so, with the need to survive for the greater good, mercy killing in ending someone's misery, are left with no other choice, a sacrifice that saves more lives or putting an end to a villain that is too dangerous to be left alive.

Manslaughter does not usually count as it is unintentional rather than premeditated.

This notably includes the characters who kill people because they hurt a loved one (e.g: Falco Lombardi killing Aparoids to keep his friends safe.)

They are the opposites of Zero Kill Count Inconsistently Heinous and a counterpart to Homicidal Inconsistently Heinous.
