Inconsistently Admirable heroes that use dirty or questionable tactics to defeat their enemies or otherwise get what they want. These heroes may sacrifice the lives of people for victory, or even sacrifice their own morals.

They are the IA counterparts to Cheaters.

NOTE: This category is different from Extremists as the latter usually resort to unpredictable and dangerous measures for the greater good whereas Pragmatists use dirty or questionable tactics but never go to such extremes. Though in the case of IA characters, the two categories are not mutually exclusive as they can overlap.
