Even though they do a good amount of heroic deeds and are overall honorable and selfless as people, these heroes are way too lustful, lewd, horny and even rapey to qualify as PG and NPG, since this is carried too far to the point other characters (especially women) could feel uncomfortable being around them for their abnormal sexual behavior, as a result, they easily default here at the IA Wiki. Good examples of heroic perverts are Master Roshi from Dragon Ball, Sanji from One Piece and Jiraiya from Naruto.

Note: Despite perverts belonging in this category on this wiki by default, however; a Near Pure Good pervert can only qualify if their perverted moments are treated and handled as mischievous behavior that is played for laughs rather than harassment or genuine malice, and their noble personality/actions must outweigh (or even subvert) their "perverted" sides compared to the shameless perversion of a IA pervert.
