Heroes who hate humans or species that are equivalent to humans in their setting, whether they be humanoids, artificial intelligence, aliens, monsters, deities, or cosmic entities, may even be humans themselves.

In some cases, this may be their only prevention from Pure Good and Near Pure Good.
