These characters would also suffer greatly in order to save others for beneficial purposes. Often times, these characters could be up against an oppressive government or powerful enemy and would willingly sacrifice their life and safety to ensure that others are not victimized by their enemy. Their intentions are to ensure that with their sacrifice they could for some time stop their enemies or create an opportunity to help their allies against their allies.
