Inconsistently Admirable heroes who while fighting on the side of good, are willing to kill their opponents even when it's unclear or questionable. It also may have been possible that they may have murdered some characters, giving them the role of being a Villainous Benchmark or Inconsistently Heinous.

Their evil counterparts are Homicidal Inconsistently Heinous.

NOTE: This is not meant to be confused with Righteous Killers, as those types of heroes kill only when absolutely necessary, though some heroes can fall under both, if most of the times they killed was when they had to. (i.e. Anakin Skywalker, Batman (DC), Guts, the Doom Slayer, Shadow the Hedgehog (Sonic the Hedgehog), L Lawliet, and Raphael (TMNT 2012))

This category also includes heroes that don't actually kill, yet have the potential to do so and/or can be seen violently attacking someone else (i.e. Kevin McCallister, Daredevil (Marvel Cinematic Universe)).
