Capper's the name, Charming is my game.
~ Capper

Capper is one of supporting protagonists of My Little Pony: The Movie and the Season 10 IDW comics. He is a former aristocrat from Abyssinia and a con artist from Klugetown until Rarity changed his ways and helped the Mane Six defeat Storm King and save Equestria.

He is voiced by Taye Diggs.

His Good Rankings[]

What makes him Admirable?[]

  • When the Mane Six arrived at Klugetown, he protects them from the crowd by claimed they were contracted by a fake disease he called "pastelis coloritis" and made them ran away.
  • Though he's planning to sold the Mane Six to Verko so he could pay his debt, he later began to show remorseful for selling them out after Rarity fixed a collar from his coat. He later attempts to prevent them from leaving his home so they wouldn't be sold out before his true intentions were exposed.
  • Regretfully remembering Rarity's generosity from before, he stalled Tempest and her army by lying to them that the Mane Six went to "Black Skull Island" so they wouldn't find them and capture Twilight until she realized he was lying to them.
  • He, along with Celaeno's crew and Princess Skystar, agreed to help Twilight's friends and Spike rescue Twilight and save Canterlot from the Storm King as a gratitude for inspiring them to stand up for themselves.
  • Help Twilight's friends, Spike, Celaeno's crew and Skystar infiltrate Canterlot from the Storm Creatures by disguised themselves to bring the large "congratulatory" cake for the Storm King in order to ambush them. When their plans are exposed, they began to attack the Storm army.
  • Help Twilight's friends and Spike escort to the Canterlot castle while fighting against the Storm Creatures.
  • He and Celaeno's crew help Twilight's friends and Spike get pass to hurricane with a party cannon in order to save Twilight from the Storm King.
  • In the Season 10 IDW comics, he helped Discord, Trixie, Fluttershy, and his old friends stop King Meowmeow from destroying the Abyssinian Tree of Harmony.
  • While he wasn't really admirable as the Mane Six and Spike, he still stands out with less resources due to taking part in defeating the Storm King, saving Equestria, and freeing Abyssinia from the tyranny of King Meowmeow. While the Mane Six have the power of friendship and Spike has full support on them, Capper has a charisma that is useful for him throughout the movie as well as reconciling with his old friends.

What makes him Inconsistent?[]

  • He is an anti-hero as he is a con artist who tricks people so he could get whatever he wants, including planning to sell out the Mane Six to a crime boss named Verko, though he later regrets it after seeing Rarity's generosity. After the events of the movie and Season 10, it is implied that he's willing to continue to trick people.
  • He tends to act arrogant and confident at times, though not as much since he has shown much heroism later on throughout the movie, which is a minor prevention.
