Amita is a supporting character in the video game Far Cry 4. One of the leaders of the rebel organization Golden Path.

She was voiced by Janina Gavankar.

Her Good Ranking[]

What Makes Her Admirable?[]

  • Based on her own experience, she tried to teach the girl Bhadra to stand up for herself, for which she taught her archery, among other things.
  • She imagines the future of Kyrat without outdated traditions, such as choosing Tarun Matar (considering that this is a very bad position for a child), marrying girls from childhood to boys appointed by adults without their consent.
  • Although at first she was unhappy with Ajay's visit, saying that he was just a "tourist", over time she became much friendlier to him.
  • She asked Ajay to help a local resident, Kanan, kill all the wolves in the area, which devoured all the cattle.
  • She warned Ajay that Paul de Pleur wanted to destroy the statues of Kira, after which Ajay immediately went to save them.
  • Balance of Power mission (depends on the player's choice):
    • She ordered Ajay to gather intelligence at the Golden Path camp, and he completed the task.
    • She ordered Ajay to seize opium from the Kira Tea factory in order to finance the activities of the Golden Path.
    • She ordered Ajay to seize and hold the brick factory in Roshan in order to take control of opium production and use it to boost Kyrat's economy.
    • She ordered Ajay to destroy the Jalendu temple and seize precious relics to finance the uprising.
    • Eventually, under her leadership, the Golden Path destroys the entire Royal Army hideout and prevents the entire tyranny of Pagan Min.

What Makes Her Inconsistent?[]

  • She is very anti-heroic and uses very extreme methods to fight Pagan Min.
  • She is very lethal, because she always wishes her enemies a cruel and painful death. She, like Sabal, also didn't care that Noore was Pagan's colleague against her will, and they still wanted her dead, unlike Ajay.
  • She is not at all shy about destroying temples and other things that are a symbol of Kyrat's religion and tradition.
  • She has a very strained relationship with Sabal, and they often quarrel and argue. It gets to the point that she, having become the leader of the Golden Path, orders Ajay to kill Sabal before dealing with Pagan.
  • Having become the new ruler of Kyrat, she began to forcibly take the teenagers of the village to replenish the ranks of the Golden Path, and also massively develops drug trafficking in the country. By doing this, she proved that she is no better than Pagan Min.
  • It is also implied that after becoming the new ruler, she killed Bhadra because she told Ajay that she would never return.
